Podcast production systems
Your podcast should build your authority — not become another unfinished project.
You have the ideas. You have the experience. You may even have the microphone.
What you need is a clear process that helps you move from intention to published episodes—without constantly chasing guests, wondering what to do next or carrying the whole production process in your head.
I help founders, authors, coaches and thought leaders create the systems behind a consistent, professional podcast.

This is bigger than audio editing
Podcast production is not just editing an episode.
A successful podcast depends on everything that happens before and after you press record.
It needs clear planning, organised guest communication, reliable recording, production workflows, publishing systems and a way to keep everything moving.
I help you build the operating system behind the podcast, so every episode does not feel like starting from scratch.

- You need a producer who understands both content and operations
A small, focused way to begin
The 6-Day One-to-One Podcast Sprint
You do not have to build your whole podcast at once.
For six days, we work together for one focused hour each day to complete one meaningful podcast outcome.
No group calls. No generic video course. No enormous list of homework. Just you, me and a clear sequence of practical steps.
Six days. Six focused sessions.
One completed podcast milestone.
Choose your Sprint
Where should we create movement first?
Option 01The Guest System Sprint
Build a guest process that does not depend on endless chasing.
Over six one-to-one sessions, we organise the system you use to find, invite, book and prepare podcast guests.
- Your ideal guest criteria
- A shortlist of suitable guests
- Guest invitation and follow-up wording
- A guest intake form
- A booking and reminder process
- A guest preparation guide
- A podcast dashboard
- A simple, repeatable guest workflow
- AI prompts for guest research and communication
By Day 6: you will have a functioning guest system and the foundations for booking your next guests with more confidence and less chasing.
Choose the Guest System Sprint ↗Option 02The First Episode Sprint
Move from “I want to start a podcast” to a recorded first episode.
Over six one-to-one sessions, I guide you through shaping, preparing and recording your first episode—including guest outreach where appropriate.
- Your podcast purpose and audience
- A clear first episode topic and format
- A simple episode outline
- Equipment and software checks
- Guest ideas and outreach, if required
- Interview questions
- Recording preparation and setup
- A guided recording session
- Your production and publishing plan
By Day 6: your first episode will be recorded, or every essential preparation step will be complete and the guest recording scheduled.
Choose the First Episode Sprint ↗ How the six days work
One hour a day. One clear step at a time.
- Day 1
Decide
Clarify the result, where you are stuck and what must be finished.
- Day 2
Design
Map the episode or guest journey and choose the tools and materials.
- Day 3
Build
Create the forms, messages, outlines, workflows or recording plan.
- Day 4
Implement
Test the process, contact guests or prepare the recording.
- Day 5
Complete
Finish the main deliverable and resolve real-world obstacles.
- Day 6
Record, launch or repeat
Record, activate the guest process and plan the next cycle.
Each day is adapted to your chosen Sprint and starting point. The goal is not more information. It is completing the next meaningful piece of your podcast.
Why one-to-one
Because your bottleneck may not be the same as everyone else’s.
One person needs the right guests. Another has guests but no booking process. Someone else has recorded several conversations and never published them.
The one-to-one format lets us work on the exact obstacle in front of you. You can ask questions, make decisions and complete the work while we are together.
This is practical implementation support, not simply podcast coaching.
What makes this different
You will not leave with more information. You will leave with something built.
- A recorded first episode
- A list of suitable guests
- Guest invitations already sent
- A complete guest intake form
- An organised booking process
- A podcast production dashboard
- A repeatable guest workflow
- A documented episode process
- A clear publishing plan
Small steps. Real implementation. Visible progress.

Work directly with Eme Bassey
A producer who understands both content and operations.
I am a podcast producer, copywriter and marketing strategist who helps experts turn their ideas into clear content and repeatable systems.
My work with Early Intervention Matters began as a passion project, helping the host get the show off the ground. As it grew, I developed the workflows needed to manage increasing numbers of episodes, guests and production tasks. The podcast has now recorded and published more than 50 episodes.
I have also supported podcast production for the ONE2ONE Mentoring organisation.
I do not simply help you make an episode. I help you create a process that makes the next episode easier.
After the Sprint
Continue alone — or let us keep the system moving.
The Sprint gives you a completed result and a practical foundation. Afterwards, you can keep using the system yourself, or choose further support. There is no obligation to continue.
- Ongoing podcast production
- Guest management
- Episode planning and coordination
- Show notes and publishing
- Workflow automation
- Podcast system installation
- Producer or team training
- AI-assisted content workflows
- Podcast-to-content repurposing
How much time will I need each day?+
You will work with Eme for one focused hour each day. A few small actions may be needed between sessions, but the Sprint is designed to minimise unnecessary homework.
Are the sessions live?+
Yes. You will work directly with Eme during six live, one-to-one online implementation sessions.
Must the sessions be on six consecutive days?+
Ideally, sessions should take place close together to maintain momentum. The exact schedule will be agreed before the Sprint begins.
Do I need podcast equipment?+
Not necessarily. The First Episode Sprint can include choosing and testing a simple setup using equipment you already own or can easily access.
Will my finished episode be edited and published?+
The core Sprint gets your episode planned and recorded. Editing and publishing are available separately or as part of a customised production package.
Will you guarantee that a guest agrees to appear?+
No. We can identify suitable guests, prepare invitations and send outreach, but acceptance depends on each guest and their availability.
Is this suitable for an existing podcast?+
Yes. It can support a relaunch, improve an existing guest system or help you record the first episode of a new season.
Which Sprint should I choose?+
Choose Guest System if finding, booking or managing guests is the bottleneck. Choose First Episode if you need help turning your idea into a recorded episode. Select ‘Not sure’ on the form if you would like Eme’s recommendation.
Apply for the Sprint
Let us complete the next piece of your podcast together.
Choose one outcome. Give it six focused days. And let us build it together, one manageable step at a time.
The Sprint is delivered one-to-one and places are limited according to Eme’s availability.
